Its bad enough that you are redistributing it, but trying to sell work thats not legally yours?

This is not copyright infringement because I didn't make this from their PSD file. To be honest, it's not a very hard design from scratch to make at all. You can easily tell the starfield is different and I just found a grid pattern online.

I did get the inspiration from their site however, but I didn't use their artwork.
