I have a question about Power Point templates.
I'm creating one on my MAC, but don't know if it will be compatible on a PC where the presentation will be added content and finalized.
Will it keep the established settings like layout, fonts, color?
Help!!

Color will stay the same, although if you have semi-transparent colors, sometimes those will change to solid on a PC.
Layouts stay the same, although if you have images in your Power Point, sometimes (for some unknown reason?) it will take the image and duplicate in on a lot of slides (where other images should be). For this reason I always import two copies of the Power Point so that I can copy and paste images from the non-corrupt presentation. Usually it's just a one-time fix and shouldn't mess up again.
(I accidentally double-posted. Sorry!) :P
Thanks for your help with this!
As far as designing a custom background, would you suggest doing that by just importing the custom image but using the preset PP template settings, OR creating the whole template from scratch? My concern with the second option is that text boxes and presets wouldn't be reliable...
